Saor
From Friday, October 10 to Sunday, October 12, the City of Venice is organizing “Saor“, the Venetian food festival, which aims to tell the story of the city’s gastronomic culture.
“Laguna in the Glass,” like other times, also participates with various events.
Here is the schedule:
Friday, October 10th
- from 6pm to 10pm, at the fish market in Rialto, tasting of our wines and distribution of a brochure on Venetian fish dishes.
Saturday, October 11th
- 10 a.m.: Guided tour of St. Helen’s vineyard with tasting of the wine produced(Seats sold out)
- 11 a.m.: Experiential workshop on the herbs of the lagoon, at St. Helena’s Vineyard(Seats sold out)
Sunday, October 12th
- 10:30 a.m.: Guided tour of the vineyard and winery of St. Michael’s Island, with tasting of the wine produced(Places sold out)
- 11:30 a.m.: Experiential workshop on the aromatic and wild herbs of the lagoon, at the St. Michael’s winery(Seats sold out)
- 3:30 p.m.: Guided tour of the vineyard and winery of St. Michael’s Island,with tasting of the wine produced(Places sold out)
- hrs. 9 p.m.: Rossini cinema, screening of Andrea Mignolo’s “The Vintage,” a film about the Laguna del bicchiere association. Free admission.
